At Le Smiley’s Early Learning we are always on the lookout for dedicated educators with a passion for early learning in the kindergarten environment.
We are locally owned, and operated. Our 3 centres operate on a family first philosophy, for both our enrolled children and our staff.
As a Le Smiley staff member you will be heavily supported with the latest resources, a caring attitude, friendly working environment, with Ratio above the National Standards and Staff continuity provided, above award wages.
All educators and ECTs can work in the three locations. Early Childhood Qualified Teachers hours and conditions can be negotiated to suit the individual’s family needs. We have a team of experienced ECTs within our team, allowing new graduates to work in a collegial team with mentors available to support the transition to a practicing Early Childhood Teacher. Le Smileys has supported Primary School Teachers to achieve their Early Childhood Teacher qualification when doing their Diploma in Early Childhood. We are happy to look at candidates who would like to join the Early Childhood industry. Le Smileys is happy to work with Early Childhood Teachers who would like to specialise in a management stream, as well as those wishing to continue to apply their skills in a teaching capacity.
